Impact Online Marketing generally limits our in-house website development to small scale, informational websites. We provide professional and affordable solutions to small businesses and professional practices that need an online presence without breaking the bank.

If you need a website outside of these parameters (i.e. a shopping cart site, a site with lots of forms or special features) and you do not have a web designer/developer already in mind, we can match you with an excellent professional with whom we have a successful working relationship.

Note: An important point of differentiation with sites we develop is that our sites are strategically developed from a marketing perspective. That means you'll have far more than a functioning, nice looking site -- you'll have a site is that developed with marketing goals in mind from the get go.  See details below. Optimized Website Development

(Informational, small scale sites only)

Our websites are distinguished from those developed by many others in that our site development fees include website planning and keyword research on the front-end. Our sites are also delivered with thorough on-site optimization completed. You also receive a content management system so that you can make edits to your pages without having to pay for minor site updates.

 

Our front end planning, keyword research and search engine optimization is a HUGE advantage in the marketplace. Our sites are developed by online marketers who do more than put up pretty sites. Of course you want an attractive site -- but you also need that site to get found online! 

 

While you may get quotes from other firms that quote you less, make sure you are comparing apples to apples. Here's what is included with one of our sites:

  • Initial 1 hour planning session to determine site goals and objectives 
  • Research of two competitive sites to determine potential optimization strategies 
  • Keyword analysis to determine the keywords with the best optimization potential to build your site upon 
  • 1 hour consultation to review keyword & competitive results and discuss site architecture 
  • Develop website -- includes site design, navigation, and coding
  • Implement on-site search engine optimization (SEO) by constructing keyword rich page title, description, and on page optimization tactics to leverage SEO potential 
  • Edit client’s copy to maximize SEO potential for primary keyword identified for each page** 
  • Publish site to the web 
  • Submit site to search engines with guaranteed indexing within 24 hours 
  • Training of client to perform minor site edits on their own to avoid maintenance fees 

        * Example of pricing: A 10 page informational site would cost $1850 ($500 baseline site

        plus $150 per additional page). Keep in mind that this includes website planning,  

        keyword research, and complete on-site optimization including copy editing, as well as

        site design and development.

 

** Please note that should client not wish to provide draft copy, we can develop original

copy at an additional cost of $100 per page (up to 600 words per page).  For prices quoted above, client provides draft copy, photos, and other page elements that are to incorporated into site content for that page.

  

PPC campaigns, ongoing SEO services, social media marketing, and online marketing services can be provided at client’s request at additional cost. See overview of these additional services on this site.  

 

Additional fees apply for setting up PayPal to accept online orders, adding opt-in boxes, setting up autoresponder emails, and other similar options requiring extra time beyond set-up of a standard informational sites.

 

 

General Website Maintenance – $50 per hour (minimum $25)

  • Make updates to websites and perform necessary updates to software to keep site performing at peak performance
